Dipping Sauce: In a small mixing bowl blend 1/2 a cup of Tahini with the juice of a lemon, 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, a small clove of crushed garlic, and a pinch of sea salt. Add water and continue blending until the desired consistency is achieved. Enjoy with pitta bread or crudites. Or use it to dress salads and drizzle on cooked vegetables. Will keep for up to 2 weeks if refrigerated and stored in an airtight container.
